Hiking in Haukelifjell
If you want to take a hike, this is the place to be. Great conditions for short and longer trips. Hardangervidda National Park is not far away with great nature and wild life.
You can go from cabin to cabin in the Norweagian Tourist Association's network of cabins and marked hikings tracks on Hardangervidda. Or you can also have a basecamp here in Vågslid. No matter what you choose between you will find a great area of norwegian nature.
The nature is hard to describe, you simply have to come and see for yourself.
